At METEAMO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 5 days easy return/exchange policy, which means you have five days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. However, in order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must meet certain criteria. It must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original labels and tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide us with your order number and product purchase receipt in order to claim an exchange or refund.

To start a return/exchange, simply contact us at care@meteamo.in & share your reason for return/exchange. Once your return/exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where you need to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval from us. All the orders which are not yet shipped from our warehouse can be cancelled with some additional deductible charges (if may occur).

Return & Refunds

At METEAMO, we take the quality of our products seriously. In rare of the rare case if you receive a defective or damaged item, or in case if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately maximum **within 2 hours of getting that product. Then we will evaluate the issue and our team will work to make it right for you as soon as possible. Any complaint related to any type of damage on the product after this **given time period will be subject to our final decision on it. 

Please be aware that there are certain items that cannot be returned/exchanged. These include used products with any type of stains or damages due to poor handling, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@meteamo.in

 If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason not mentioned above, you have a generous *window period of 5 days from the date of delivery to return the product to us. All refunds in such cases are made as store credit/gift card that are usable towards any purchases on METEAMO with a one year validity from the date of issuance of gift card. No cash or online refund will be provided in any condition whatsoever. Once we receive the returned item in good & sound condition, store credit/gift card will be issued after that only.

Please note, shipping fees are deducted while issuing the store credit/gift card in such cases as per the below slabs.
# Order amount upto Rs.1500: Rs 200 (approx)
# Order amount Rs.1501-2500: Rs 300 (approx)
# Order amount higher than Rs.2501: Rs 450 (approx)

P.S- Return courier charges might be slightly higher than above mentioned approx costs in some cases, depending on the courier to courier charges & volumetric weight applicability.

P.S**- Customers who wish to return any product for exchange or complete return are allowed to use their own preferred courier company to send back the courier to us at our above shared address by paying directly to that courier company/person.

**In this scenario, we'll issue the store credit/gift card only after getting the product in perfect and sound condition with us.

Customer also needs to pay for the forward courier charges for the exchanged product. Exchanged product will be dispatched from our end after the receipt of actual courier charges with us through GPAY / PAYTM / PHONEPE /QR CODE

• The entire process takes minimum about 10-15 business days. This period could be higher in some cases based on pincode serviceability. We appreciate your patience on this matter!

P.S - Returns/Exchange on purchases made using gift card/store credits are not valid for further returns or exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, if you wish to exchange a sale item, you may return it and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please be aware that for exchanges, you will need to pay the difference between the sale price and the current prevailing price of the new product. Return courier charges for such products will be borne by the customer at their own expense only. In any case "Meteamo" will not pay for such courier charges.

For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, we are pleased to offer you a gift card/coupon code of the applicable balance amount (after deducting the courier charges if pick up is arrange by Meteamo), in case of any return request received from your end. Customer is free to use their own preferred courier company for returning a product to us (well within of *5 days window period only) after our prior approval only, if the return request is approved by us. NO return request will be accepted in an case whatsoever after the lapse of provided *window period.

This gift card/coupon code can be used on your next purchase with us and will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. We hope that the gift card/coupon code will provide you with an opportunity to choose another product that better suits your needs.
