Reason for Design/Color/Pattern placement difference
We take great care to ensure that every METEAMO product closely matches the images displayed on our website. As many of our products are handcrafted and made using handcrafted printed & jacquard fabrics & handmade raffia designs, slight variations in pattern placement may occur during the hand weaving, cutting and stitching process. This means that no two pieces are exactly alike, making each product uniquely yours while remaining true to the original design.
We also strive to present product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and photography. Rest assured, these minor variations do not affect the quality, craftsmanship, or overall appearance of the product.

Is there any shipping charges that needs to be paid by the customer?
Absolutely not.
As a valued METEAMO customer, you enjoy FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India. We believe that a delightful shopping experience shouldn't come with hidden costs, which is why we absorb the shipping charges on your behalf.

Where & How do I track my order?

How long will it take to get my package?
At METEAMO, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of purchase. However, as our Raffia and handcrafted collections are carefully crafted with attention to detail, these products may require 5โ7 working days for dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Deliveries to remote locations or areas affected by government restrictions, natural disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances may take longer than usual.
Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping Across India on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract a nominal COD handling fee, which is added during checkout.
- Prepaid orders are prioritized and generally dispatched faster.
Important Information for COD Orders
- All COD orders undergo a verification process before dispatch.
- In the rare event of inventory shortages or overbooking due to technical issues, prepaid orders may be given priority for fulfillment.

What happen if my order is lost in transit?
At METEAMO, we take every possible measure to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. However, in the rare event that a shipment is lost or misplaced while in transit, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost and you do not wish to receive a replacement or exchange product, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Please Note:
Refunds for orders lost in transit may take approximately 15โ20 business days to process and reflect in your account, as this timeline is entirely depending on the investigation timeline and payment provider processing times.

What do I do if I have not received my order within the stipulated timeline after order placement?
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we make every effort to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience. While the vast majority of orders are delivered within the expected timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues at the courier partner's end.
Should such a situation arise, please be assured that our team will proactively work with the courier partner to track, expedite, and resolve the issue at the earliest possible opportunity. We will also keep you informed throughout the process to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind.
