We took utmost care in making the products as shown in the images placed on our website. However sometimes while layering the fabrics for cutting and then stitching, there might be a possibility that design/pattern placement might come slightly here and there and may look different from the images shared on our website. Though this makes all our products unique yet quite similar to each other.
We strive to ensure that the images uploaded on our website are the closest match to the actual product color. However, please note that there may be slight differences in color due to variations in device resolution and camera used. Rest assured; we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. Thank you for supporting our handmade business!

No. as a special METEAMO customer, you don’t need to pay any shipping charges while making a purchase for any of our products. We are thriving and putting our best efforts to make your shopping experience flawless & without burning any hole in your pocket. We very well understand the value of your hard-earned money and give our true respect to it. Only COD orders are charged a separate COD fee, which is added at the time of checkout.

Living in this digital world, we are using most advanced ways to keep you updated right from the order placed till it gets safely delivered to your place. You’ll be well informed regularly through WhatsApp messages & on your given mail ID about the progress of your order.

We usually ship all our orders within 2 working days. For Raffia and Handcrafted bags, usual dispatch time is 5-7 working days’ time.
Delivery of the products may affect & can be longer in the covid -19 restricted areas.
We offer free shipping to all over India on all prepaid orders. COD orders are charged a separate COD fee, which is added at the time of checkout.
Prepaid orders get dispatched faster.
All COD orders will be verified post order purchase, before being dispatched.
In case of overbooking due to technical issues, prepaid orders will be given preference.
We work with multiple reputed courier partners, to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Though we take utmost care in delivering your product in your safe hands as early as possible. However, in rare of the rare case, if your product misplaced in transit. Please immediately reach out to us on our mail id care@meteamo.in & on our contact no - +91 9205811919. And our dedicated team will get in touch with you to resolve the issue. In case if you don’t wish to exchange it with any other product, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
P.S.: It can take upto 15-20 days for us to process the refund for the order lost in transit & if the refund is requested from your end.

We understand that receiving your order on time is important to you, and we take full responsibility to ensure timely delivery. However, in very rare instances, there could be a delay happen by the negligence of the courier partners.
