Shipping policy

We usually ship all our orders within 2 working days.

For Raffia and Handcrafted bags, the usual dispatch time is 5-7 working days time.

Delivery of the products may affect & can be longer in the COVID-19 restricted areas & customer's pincode serviceability.

We offer free shipping to all over India on all prepaid orders. COD orders are charged a separate COD fee, which is added at the time of checkout.

Prepaid orders get dispatched faster.

Shipping/Dispatch of the customized product can be longer than the usual shipping timeline according to the customization required on such products. 

All COD orders will be verified post-order purchase, before being dispatched.

In case of overbooking due to technical issues, prepaid orders will be given preference.

We work with multiple reputed courier partners, to ensure a smooth delivery experience. However delivery timeline of each courier partner can be different from another courier partners according to their operational services in those areas & their pin code serviceability.
